Our policy lasts 30 days after your order
has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in original packaging.

 

Refunds
Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then
your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your
original method of payment.

 

How to return

Please send us an email with the subject
line "Return" to info@cocoariver.ca. We will provide you with an address
you should send your item to. You will be responsible for paying for
your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. You should
consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
